For my project I had to create images on texture. I chose to create cyanotypes, as I loved the colour of the images and wanted to experiment with how the way the cyanotype chemical is applied, can create a texture such as flicking the chemical onto the paper. The problem with cyanotypes is that once you wash the chemical off the paper, the image fades, giving it an ethereal quality. I mainly used a paintbrush to apply the chemical and a paintbrush dipped in water to remove the chemical, to try and be delicate and not lose the entire image.
